Historical workshops at the Fortress
17th & 18th century French cuisine

An unique opportunity was to cook in the kitchen of the Ingenieur in the Fortress of Louisbourg (NS). Cooking a feast, eating together in the kitchen or in the elegant dining room, tasting the both fire and modern stove baking... Visiting the herbs garden and the bakery... Fortunately you can cook now all this ancient recipes in modern kitchens ! No more workshops scheduled for now....
Online not available as well, maybe in the short future but logistic is a thing.
The book will help you to come back in the period (available again end of April 2023).
