I will be in Louisbourg (NS) the July 28th, to run a "Historic Chocolate" demo in the Mc Can Museum, at the entrance of the Fortress. Come and taste chocolate rissoles, hot or chilled real chocolate, Biscuit de Savoie, all baked after the historical recipes of the 18th, that you can find in the book.
I will make some signature time with Anne Marie Lane Jonah my co-author and our publisher.
