My first Supper Club at The Depanneur, and my first dinner about the recipes of my book...
A step in the time... Book the date Saturday February 21st... I will prepare a barley soup (very Acadian), the fish andouillette (a quite odd thing when we don’t know what it is...), a vegetable fricassee ("fry - broken"), a "casserole" of rice and mushrooms (the word had a different meaning at this period... ), and for the sweet page, a chocolate pastry cream with the "épices du patissier" and a piece of "biscuit de Savoie"... Well, come and taste the past with 20 "history gourmets"!!
